Re-Elect

CONRAD PEART

A Candidate Connected to the Community

Having lived in Westmount for nearly a decade, Conrad was elected to Council just over a year after moving to the city with his wife. He became a first-time parent during his first term and, as part of the sandwich generation, deeply appreciates the needs of families, seniors, and all Westmounters.

An avid runner, Conrad experiences Westmount not only through a windshield but also at street level, running through our neighbourhoods every single day for the past nine years.

“Westmount deserves councillors who listen carefully, act responsibly, and deliver results. I’ve built a record on transparency and diligence, and I intend to continue that work in the next mandate.”

Conrad Peart is fluently bilingual, an architect with over 30 years of experience, including 25 as co-founder and partner at FABRIQ Architecture, a public‑sector‑focused practice serving institutions and all levels of government. He holds a B.Sc. in Human Physiology, a B.Sc. in Architecture, and a professional Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), all from McGill University.
